any way, the nomination will be rejected without notification.
- Short-listed nominations will be presented to an Independent International Jury
for
determination of winners. The jury's decision shall be final and binding on all
participants. No
feedback or correspondence will be entertained about the results,
- These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Indian law.
Disputes
arising from these terms (including non-contractual disputes) will be subject to the
exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of the NCTof Delhi, India.
- Only nominations accompanied by a participation receipt will be considered.
